Wolfe facing additional charge of sexual assault, police believe there to be more victims
The RCMP are reporting an additional charge of sexual assault has been laid in the investigation of Cecil Wolfe.
Police say this is Wolfe’s seventh charge by the RCMP and he will appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on March 9 at 9:30 a.m. He has been charged a total of 11 times in regards to the investigation with four other charges of sexual assault from the Saskatoon Police Service.
Victims report Wolfe would work under the title of a traditional healer or medicine man and police encourage the victims to contact local police.
Those investigating believe there to be more victims over the past 20 years in the communities of Loon Lake, Blaine Lake, Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
