Man dies in fatal pedestrian collision in Southend

Shortly before midnight on Nov. 23, Southend RCMP received a report of a vehicle and pedestrian motor vehicle collision that occurred in the community of Southend, about 220 kilometres north east of La Ronge.

Police said the adult female driver of the vehicle remained on scene.

The adult male pedestrian was transported to hospital where he died the next day.

Southend RCMP continue to investigate the incident.
