Bears beaten in the Battlefords

The Prince Albert Northern Bears fell 4-1 to the Battlefords Sharks on Thursday in Saskatchewan Female U18 AAA Hockey League action.

Jazlyn Petreman scored the lone goal for the Bears, in the second period.

The Sharks got their goals from Prince Albert’s Madison Guitard, Mykayla Pylypow, Alyson Hockley and Ava Cole.

The Bears have now started the season on a three-game losing streak, including an opening weekend sweep defeat to the Regina Rebels, 6-2 and 4-1.
