WATCH:William Shatner becomes oldest person to travel to space
The last time William Shatner experienced space, it was aboard the fictional spacecraft, Starship Enterprise as Captain Kirk.
The 90-year-old Canadian actor got to experience the real thing on Wednesday morning when he and three others blasted off aboard the Blue Origin over the West Texas desert.
The up-and-down flight lasted about 10 minutes and included a brief period of zero gravity with Shatner and his three fellow passengers parachuting back to Earth in the capsule.
