COVID-19 Evaluation

Sep 16, 2021 | 9:23 AM

In today’s COVID-19 world, it can be hard to know whether you should stay at home, go to the doctor or seek emergency care when you are feeling ill.

A good rule of thumb is to visit your pharmacy, call HealthLine 811, your family physician or your nurse practitioner if you have minor symptoms. If your symptoms worsen significantly or you are experiencing significant distress, call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department.

Stay home/visit your pharmacy/call Healthline 811 – HealthLine 811 is available 24/7 and can provide both medical and mental health advice. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and require a test, please call 811 or visit a testing drive-thru site – https://www.saskhealthauthority.ca/…/covid-19-drive….

Call your family physician/nurse practitioner – for everyday healthcare needs.
