Fatal crash at Foam Lake

Traffic restrictions were ended Saturday morning on Highway 16 within the Town of Foam Lake after a fatal crash Friday night.

Wynyard RCMP were on scene of the single vehicle collision from around 9 p.m.

Traffic was re-routed while local EMS and the fire department as well as an RCMP Collision Reconstructionist attended the scene.

Police did not immediately give details on casualties nor the cause.

An update is expected later.
