Fresh Air Experience makes donation to Rose Garden Hospice and thanks community support

On a very hot morning, members of the Rose Garden Hospice were soaking up the sun and also and also soaking up a generous donation from the Prince Albert community.

Fresh Air Experience donated $10,000 to the Rose Garden Hospice, putting them one step closer to reaching their fundraising goal of $4,000,000.

Owners of Fresh Air Experience, Mike and Ron Horn were thankful to the community for allowing them to make this donation.

“Our company has been in business in Prince Albert for 41 years, it’s time to give back and we were fortunate to do that,” Ron said. “It feels good and feels right.

“We’re here because of our community and people shopping local, Mike said.

“You have to support your community. That’s why it’s so important to support local so that we can [make donations.] Local business’ can help make our community stronger and can contribute to these great projects and initiatives.”

Marina Mitchell, spokesperson of the Rose Garden Hospice was happy about the community support they have received.

“We at the Rose Garden Hospice are pleased to receive this donation from Fresh Air Experience,” Mitchell said. “They are a long-time community business here, and it’s wonderful that they support our organization.”

The Rose Garden Hospice is currently at $2,800,000 of their $4,000,000 fundraising goal.

The Rose Garden Hospice Association are also accepting online donations on their website and Facebook page.
