A concern that a vehicle was submerged in the North Saskatchewan River, prompted a quick response Tuesday night from both the Prince Albert Police Service and Prince Albert Fire Dept.
Around 11:30 p.m., crews were dispatched to an area near First Ave. E.
According to a post on the Prince Albert Fire Dept. Facebook page, the call was to investigate a flashing red light under the water in the river which was thought to be a vehicle.
The rescue boat was launched to investigate. After searching the area, a flashlight was found in the river.
