BOARD MEMBER RECRUITMENT

The Prince Albert Co-operative Health Centre, Board of Directors in preparation for the next Annual General Meeting is recruiting qualified members to apply for Director positions that will be elected at the next AGM on June 16th, 2021.

This Non Profit Co-operative is the Leader in Primary Health Care and welcomes nominees that understand and support this model of care, have relevant governance experience, understand the legal responsibility of fiduciary responsibility and will ensure that the organization is appropriately stewarding the resources entrusted to it following all legal and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, knowledge and qualification:

· Governance Experience Specific to: Policy Development, Strategic Planning, Ownership Linkage, Organizational Oversight

· Knowledge of Cooperatives And Applicable Legislation

· Certified Professional Director

· 3 positions are available.

Candidates must live within the geographic area of 100kms of Prince Albert and have a paid membership prior to March 31, 2021.

Nomination forms with a competed Criminal Record check document must be submitted to the Administration Office no later than April 16th, 2021
