Deli meals and dishes are guaranteed always hot and set out by 10:30 a.m., ready to serve. You can dine right there in the restaurant area or take it to go.
It is total convenience, made with the customer in mind. Store manager Levon Charter says, “We hire for attitude and train for skill. All of our staff goes through at least three interviews before being hired.”
They receive comprehensive training on fulfilling exceptional customer service. Charter adds, “We are in the customer service business and just happen to sell groceries. People love how clean our store is and our friendly service.”
