New signage installed at old Quality Inn
A series of new signs signalling a change in ownership have been installed at the former Quality Inn downtown.
City council approved the sale of the boarded up hotel, which it acquired through the Tax Enforcement Act, to Cumberland Crossing in September for $900,000.
The company, who City Manager Jim Toye has previously told paNOW, is made up of local First Nation located north of the city and a First Nation company headquartered in Prince Albert plans to turn it into affordable student housing and medical accommodation.
