Entire province under extreme cold warnings

Environment Canada has issued extreme cold warnings for all of Saskatchewan as Arctic air hovers over the province.
Wind chills are expected to be in the -40 to -50 range through the weekend.
Bitter cold air will remain over the prairies for most of the next week, according to Environment Canada.
In these conditions young children, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, people spending time outside, people without shelter and pets are at an increased risk of frostbite.
