Police arrest second suspect accused of stealing vehicle and assault on Sturgeon Lake First Nation
The Prince Albert RCMP have arrested a second individual in connection to an investigation into the theft of a vehicle and aggravated assault on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation in December.
According to a media release, yesterday the RCMP arrested 31-year-old Ashley Badger without incident during a traffic stop on Highway 2 north of the city.
She has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle, robbery, break and enter into residence and commit an indictable offence, and failure to comply to release order. The police continue to investigate.
On Dec. 17 the RCMP were looking for two suspects after a man was stabbed at a home on Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
