COVID cases at two P.A. schools

Dec 16, 2020 | 8:33 AM

While all Prince Albert schools with the Saskatchewan Rivers and Catholic School divisions have moved to remote learning until mid-January, COVID cases that affect specific school classrooms/cohorts continue to be made public.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has identified a positive COVID-19 case in an individual(s) in King George Public School and Carlton Comprehensive Public High School.

In an email Tuesday night, the Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division (SRPSD) said it was informed of these positive COVID-19 test results and communication is being shared with the classrooms/cohorts, the connected staff, as well as with the school community.

The email added all schools in SRPSD are currently participating in remote learning so the learning program will continue remotely for all students and staff. Privacy concerns prevent sharing of further details of the case.
