One positive case of COVID-19, one under investigation at Ecole St. Mary High School

The Prince Albert Catholic School Division is notifying the public an individual at Ecole St. Mary High School has tested positive for COVID-19, and another is under investigation.
The case being investigated is not school acquired.
The specific classroom/cohort affected has been communicated with, as has the broader school community after the positive case was learned of on Sunday evening. The Saskatchewan Health Authority is assessing the situation, communicating with all close contacts.
While there are no classes Monday because of the provincial election, the school will be open for in-person attendance on Tuesday while maintaining safety protocols in place.
