15-year-old from Ahtahkakoop missing since Oct. 14

UPDATE: As of 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Taven Sasakamoose has been located.

Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating missing 15-year-old Taven Sasakamoose.

Sasakamoose was last seen at her mother’s residence at the Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation on October 14, 2020. She may be travelling to the Prince Albert area, but this has not been confirmed.

Sasakamoose is described as being 5-4 to 5-5 and weighs around 130 to 135 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt with small logo on the left chest and dark grey sweatpants. She is known to wear a dark-coloured hoodie.

Ahtahkakoop RCMP are looking to the public for assistance in locating 15-year-old Taven Sasakamoose.

Anyone with information of Taven Sasakamoose’s whereabouts is asked to contact Ahtahkakoop RCMP by calling 306-468-2969 or their local police detachment. Information can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submitting a tip online at www.saskcrimestoppers.com.
