14 of 28 potential COVID-19 exposures at businesses in Prince Albert

The Saskatchewan Health Authority announced 28 possible COVID-19 exposures at businesses across the province, that were visited by people who were likely infectious with the virus.

Of the 28 exposures, 14 of them are in Prince Albert and range in dates from Sept. 25 to Oct. 7.

Prince Albert

September 25 – Surplus Furniture Store 1202 – 1^st Ave. W from 3:00-4:00 p.m.

September 26 – Silken Grocery Store 1600 – 15^th St W from 2:00-3:00 p.m.

Public Health officials are advising individuals who were at these locations on the specified dates during the specified times to self-monitor for 14 days, and if you have had or develop symptoms of COVID-19, immediately self-isolate and call HealthLine 811, your physician or nurse practitioner to arrange for testing. It is important to note that individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
