Police investigating, seeking witnesses after man shot

The Prince Albert Police Service are investigating after a 26-year-old man was shot yesterday morning.

According to a media release, at 6:20 a.m. the police responded to the 400 Block of 20th Street East where they found the man who was shot. He was taken to hospital and remains in serious but stable condition.

The police do not believe there is any threat to the public but do not believe the situation to be random.

They’re asking anyone who has any information or may have witnessed the shooting to contact police at 306-953-4222.
