P.A. man charged in child porn bust, fails to show for court

A Prince Albert man accused of possessing child pornography is on the run.

Nicki Daniels, 32, did not show up for his last scheduled court appearance Tuesday, and so a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Daniels was arrested last month and released from custody at the conclusion of his first court appearance.

After a four-month long investigation, the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit implemented a search warrant at a residence in Prince Albert.

According to a previous media release from ICE, police seized various electronic devices and confirmed they stored images and videos of child pornography at the home. The investigation included the possession of child porn from an online storage system from the U.S.
