It appears the Prince Albert mayoral race may have heated up overnight.
Two days after Coun. Dennis Nowoselsky announced his candidacy, former MLA for Prince Albert Carlton, Darryl Hickie has invited media to attend an “important announcement regarding the 2020 Prince Albert mayor’s race” on Tuesday.
Hickie is a former Sask. Party cabinet minister and previous president of the Prince Albert Police Association.
Prince Albert’s municipal election will take place Nov. 9.
