P.A. man charged with possession of child pornography
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a 32-year-old Prince Albert man with possession of child pornography.
According to a media release, the investigation began on March 11 and on July 7 the ICE Unit implemented a search warrant at a residence at 7 a.m.
The ICE Unit is made up of investigators from the RCMP, the Saskatoon Police Service, Prince Albert Police Service, and Regina Police Service.
While there the police seized various electronic devices and confirmed they stored images and videos of child pornography. The investigation included the possession of child porn from an online storage system from the U.S., the media release said.
