Two weeks after the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft, the Prince Albert Raiders made their second signing.

The Raiders locked up their second-round pick — Harrison Lodewyk, with a WHL Standard Player Agreement. The signing comes seven days after the Raiders put pen to paper with their first-round selection, Terrell Goldsmith.

Lodewyk is a centreman who led his hometown Red Deer Bantam AAA Rebels with 33 points in 31 games. He also had 12 goals and 21 assists.

“Harrison is one of the best skaters in the draft,” Raiders director of player personnel Curt Brownlee said in a statement. “He plays the game at top speed. He’s an excellent 200-foot player that is responsible in the defensive zone. He’s a great team guy and he’s extremely excited to be a Raider.”
