Loon Lake boy a winner in RCMP Name the Puppy 2020 contest
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police announced the winners of the 2020 Name the Puppy contest. The winning names will be given to the first 13 puppies born at the Police Dog Services Training Centre in 2020.
Prize-winner, 8-year-old Lucas Beyea, from Loon Lake told meadowlakeNOW he and his family picked the name together.
“The whole family was discussing names and we chose Narco because it starts with an ‘N’,” he said.
Beyea celebrated his birthday on April 11.
