Provincial COVID-19 total at 316 with 74 active cases
As of today, April 20, the province has one new case of COVID-19. That brings the provincial total to 316 reported cases. As the government released the latest figures it stressed the arrival of warm weather was no reason for people to ease up on public health orders.
Of the 316 total cases in Saskatchewan, 74 are considered active. Four more people have recovered, bringing the recovery total to 238.
Four people are in hospital, with three receiving inpatient care. One person is in the intensive care unit.
Of the total amount, 134 cases are travel-related, 132 cases are contacts or linked to mass gatherings, 30 have no known exposures and 20 are under investigation by public health.
