Taking precautions at work

Businesses in Saskatchewan are reminded to take the right safety precautions to protect staff and clients during COVID-19.

An information fact sheet is available online here.

At a press conference today, April 15, Premier Scott Moe said he plans to release guidelines next week on when and how some businesses may be allowed to reopen.

“We are not talking about kicking the economy wide open,” he said. “We are not talking about going back to doing business as we did before this pandemic hit. What we are talking about is expanding the list of allowable businesses of which there already are many.

“COVID is here for a while, for a number of months for sure before we are able to have access to a vaccine.”

Editor’s Note: A previous version of this story stated the total number of COVID-19 cases in Saskatchewan was 305. It is, in fact, 304.
