Collision near Muskoday claims two lives
Two people died as a result of a two-vehicle collision on Friday afternoon, the Prince Albert RCMP said in a statement.
On Highway 3 near Muskoday First Nation, a car and a truck collided around 12:45 p.m.. Both people in the car, a 22-year-old female and 17-year-old male, were pronounced dead at the scene. Both were from Prince Albert.
The three people in the truck, a man, woman and child, were transported to hospital with injuries. The child has since been released.
Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate with the help of a collision reconstructionist. Muskoday First Nation Fire Rescue and EMS were also present on scene.
