Kirzinger, Phaneuf recipients of Catholic Education Service Awards
The Prince Albert Roman Catholic Separate School Division Board of Education announced the recipients for the 2019-2020 Catholic Education Service Award.
Louise Kirzinger and Mark Phaneuf are this year’s recipients.
Kirzinger currently works as a student support services teacher at Ecole St. Anne School. She belongs to the St. Joseph Parish and is highly involved in many forms of ministries. A news release from the school division said upon receiving the news of her award, Kirzinger shared a motto she has lived by in her professional role: “Love is patient, love is kind and there’s a reason why patience comes first.”
Phaneuf is the Principal at Ecole St. Mary and has been a long time member of the Sacred Heart Cathedral and Knights of Columbus. Like Kirzinger, Phaneuf was nominated due to significant contributions to Catholic education and their faith community.
