We provide a social setting for interaction with peers and staff as well as a work environment to enhance skills and confidence during tasks. Our programs offer a variety of experiences and opportunities to promote learning and increase independence.

The Starlight restaurant began in a very small way.

After several meetings with Pineland Home Care in 1983-84 we began preparing and delivering a noon meal to residents at Sherman Towers from our kitchen at 300 – 15th Avenue East.

The Starlight Restaurant was soon to become a reality. With financial help from the Kinsmen Foundation we purchased “Tillie’s Restaurant” at 261 16th Street West.

In February 2003 the Starlight Restaurant moved to our new facility located at 457 – 40th Street East.
