Five New Year’s Eve impaired driving complaints in Prince Albert

A 59-year-old women is charged with impaired driving following a motor vehicle accident that happened just before 2 a.m. on New Year’s Day.

The incident occurred in the 3200 Block of Second Ave. W.

The Prince Albert Police Service received five complaints through the Report Impaired Drivers program from New Year’s Eve through to New Year’s Day.

In a separate New Year’s Eve incident, various items including a Winchester rifle were stolen from a residence on Third Ave. North West.
