Another cab driver has been robbed at gunpoint in Prince Albert.

P.A. Police confirmed Monday afternoon they are looking for a male suspect who held up a taxi driver at gunpoint for money and his cellphone early Friday night. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of 28th Street E. No one was hurt during the incident.

In a media release sent out Monday afternoon, police said they are looking for a male suspect. The man is wanted on charges of robbery with a firearm, possession of a prohibited weapon and breach of court orders.

The city’s cab drivers have been dealing with the issue of armed robberies recently. Last month the owner of Checker and Family Taxi told paNOW three of his drivers were robbed by whom he thought was the same suspect.
