Titans lose in regulation for first time in over a month
For the first time since Oct. 30, the Prince Albert Titans lost a Prairie Junior Hockey League in regulation.
The Titans fell 3-2 to the West Central Rage on Sunday in Kerrobert. They went 7-0-1 in the month of November, including three wins over the Rage in that time, including a 5-4 shootout win on Saturday in Kerrobert.
Both teams were tied at 1-1 after the first period, but the Rage scored a pair in the second to pull away, and were able to hold on to the two points.
Tyler Rock scored the Titan’s goal in the first period, and Braeden Mishak scored in the third. Travis Dryka made 42 saves on 45 shots for the Titans. Jackson Kostuik, Brayden Schultz and Jared Kocsis scored for the Rage.
