A number of police vehicles were involved in a situation on Highway 2 about 10 km south of Christopher Lake Friday morning.

Prince Albert RCMP were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle and a spike belt was deployed.

Units from Waskesiu, Shellbrook and dog services were also involved.

RCMP told paNOW a male and female in the vehicle were arrested and charges are pending.
