Two inmates escape from Sask Penn in P.A.

Two inmates described as dangerous have escaped from a section of the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert.

According to a media release issued Saturday afternoon, Prince Albert RCMP was informed that Jesse Dion Favel, 20,and Noah James Lemaigre-Elliott, 19, had escaped custody.

Favel and Lemaigre-Elliot are suspected to have left the Riverbend Institution of the Saskatchewan Penitentiary on foot between 8 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019. They have not been seen since.

It is believed they could be in Prince Albert or on their way to Yorkton, La Loche or Saskatoon, SK, where they have connections.

Jesse Dion Favel is described as a 5’11” male with black hair and brown eyes. He is of average build, weighing approximately 194 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green toque and black-rimmed eyeglasses.

Noah James Lemaigre-Elliott is described as a 6’0″ male with black hair and brown eyes. He is of slim build, weighing approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing track pants and a black coat.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jesse Dion Favel and/or Noah James Lemaigre-Elliott is asked to contact Prince Albert RCMP at 306-765-5501, Saskatchewan RCMP at 310-RCMP or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

Prince Albert RCMP believes Favel and Lemaigre-Elliot can be dangerous and advises they are not to be approached.
