Buckland fire fighter featured in new calendar

The 2020 Saskatchewan Firefighters’ calendar has been released and a member of the Buckland Fire Department has made the cut for the second year in a row.

Forest Bihun, 26, can be seen in the month of October. He told paNOW he felt really proud to be included in the calendar.

“All that hard work coming to fruition feels really good,” he said.

All the proceeds from the calendar sales go to support the new Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon. Bihun, who is currently in his third year of nursing, said he felt it was a great cause to support.

“I’d just like to say thanks to everyone that voted and helped me get into [the calendar],” he said.

In Prince Albert, the calendars are available at Peavey Mart and Our Little Secret Boutique. Chanelle Weir, who helped train Bihun for this year’s calendar, was a part of last year’s too.
