Warrant leads to $40,000 worth of drugs seized

Two men, aged 59 and 60, were arrested Friday night after police executed a search warrant and found $40,000 worth of drugs in a Prince Albert home.
Both are facing drug-related charges following the investigation by members of the Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET).
Both men were charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime. The home was in the 500 block of 12th St. E.
During the search, officers found more than 1,800 hydromorphone and dilaudid pills and capsules. The total amount was more than 12,000 mg. The drugs are worth approximately $40,000.
