Police look to identify person who may have information on Happy Charles

The Prince Albert Police have released new photos relating to a missing person’s investigation.

Happy Charles was last seen in Prince Albert on April 3, 2017. She is 5’1″, 115 pounds, has brown eyes, black hair, a scar on her left cheek and a rose tattoo on her left hand.

The photos police released are of a person investigators said could have information on Charles’ disappearance.
