The Prince Albert Aces picked up their second straight mercy win to improve to 2-0 to start the Under-16 A Girls Softball Provincials at Max Power Ball Park.

They beat the Lumsden Cubs (0-2) by a score of 14-2 on Friday.

For the second straight game, the Aces had an inside-the-park grand slam to open up the game in their favour.

This time, it was centre fielder Olivia Woytiuk in the bottom of the third inning to clear out the bases. That came in the bottom of the third inning, when the Aces scored a whopping 12 runs to force the mercy rule after the top of the fourth inning.
