P.A. lacrosse teams bring home hardware

It was a good weekend for Prince Albert based lacrosse teams, as the U13, U15, and U18 Attack lacrosse teams all brought home medals following the SLA Field Provincial Championships in Sturgis, Sask.

The championships ran from June 14 to 16, and saw all three teams placing high enough to finish on the podium.

The U13 Attack lost out on gold medals following a defeat by Sturgis.

Crosby Ratt was named as the teams All-Star goalie, and Cole Currie was named All-Star attack.

The U15 Attack narrowly lost out on a gold medals following an 11-10 loss to Saskatoon. Player Thomas Ratt was named MVP, Matthew Cudmore was named all-star attack, and player Ethan Gee was named all-star midfielder.

The U18 Attack brought home bronze following a win over Yorkton.

Annakah Ratt was named all-star goalie, Matt St.Germain was named all-star defender, Tanner Vancoughnett was named all-star attack and Chase Netmaker was named all-star midfielder.
