Field lacrosse comes to Prince Albert
For the first time ever, field lacrosse was played in Prince Albert on Friday under the lights at Max Clunie Field.
The Prince Albert Under-18 Attack played in the main event of the evening during the field lacrosse festival. Although they lost the game 7-5 to the Yorkton Fighting Pikes, it will still be a special night to play on their home field.
“It’s really exciting. It’s nice to see that people came out and supported us and all the players were happy about it, “Attack captain Davin Ikert said. “It’s not the result we wanted, but we’re excited to play tomorrow.”
