Parking was at a premium this past weekend at Lakeland Ford Park, for the Prince Albert Slo-Pitch League’s opening tournament.

There were over 50 Coed teams registered and seven men’s teams. Even with a short storm delay late Sunday afternoon, the tournament ended with great fanfare.

Finishing first in the Men’s league were the Buddha’s Battalion, edging the Nitros 23-22, who had upset the heavily favoured Astros earlier in the day.

In Coed Div. 1, the Rockies came out on top. The Legends finished first in Div. 2.
