Debate set for R.M. of P.A. reeve candidates

There will be a public debate ahead of the byelection for reeve of the regional municipality of Prince Albert.

The P.A. and District Chamber of Commerce will host the free event at the John M. Cuelenaere Public Library on Tuesday, June 4 at 6:30 p.m.

In a media release, the chamber said the free event would allow voters the opportunity to learn more about the candidates and the expectation was the public would be able to ask questions directly to the candidates.

Former reeve Paul Rybka, as well as Doug Phelps and Eric Schmalz are running.
