There has been another delay in the court case involving a Prince Albert man charged with killing his infant son.

Kelvin Jonathan McCallum appeared via video Wednesday morning at Prince Albert Provincial Court. His lawyer, Gordon Kirkby told the judge he was still waiting for disclosure from the Crown and the case was adjourned to May 30.

Judge Steven Schiefner acknowledged the need to have all the disclosure made available, given the seriousness of the charge.
