Lloydminster Knight of Columbus Golf Tournament

Akin to your continued community-based support of Lloydminster initiatives, charities and needs, the Knights council of Lloydminster dedicates much of its service in support of Lloydminster’s needs.

Averaging approximately $20,000 in donations per year, our support extends to a variety of benefactors such as Coats for Kids, Hands at Work Africa, Lloydminster Men’s Shelter, Olive Tree, Snowflake House, Youth Centre, The Back Porch, Minor hockey, LGCC Junior Golf, St. Anthony’s Parish and her initiatives (food bank program etc.), a Knights Care program supporting needs within both school systems, and more.

For the purpose of growing this donative support, The Knights will be hosting their second annual Knights of Columbus Charity Golf tournament.

Last year’s tournament was a success, bringing in $7000 of funds donated directly to our community.

The 2nd annual open tournament will be held Saturday June 15, 2019, hosting 144 golfers.

Charitable proceeds will be distributed to aforementioned charities as per our donative needs for the year. We appreciate that many companies plan their donative budget early in the fiscal year and thank-you for your early consideration of the Knights tournament

.Our sponsorship needs for the tournament are as follows:

1. Supper sponsor (1 available) – approx. value $4500 ($28/golfer @ 100-150 plates); This sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the tournament. Advertising included: all screens in the upstairs will display whatever you want -company logo etc. Sponsor can bring signage.

2. Breakfast sponsor (1-2 Available)- Approx. value $1000.00-$2000.00 depending on number of golfers. This sponsorship includes 2 tickets to the tournament. Advertising included: all screens in the upstairs will display whatever you want – company logo etc. Sponsor can bring signage.

3. Food and Drink holes (2 available) – approx. value $1000-1500.00 – @ 1-2 drinks/golfer (alcoholic drinks need to be purchased from LGCC); but sponsor has to cook and serve all food items (burgers, smokies etc.) but must notify LGCC ahead of time and order the Smokey’s or burgers from them.

BBQ’s can be provided from LGCC iif needed.

This sponsorship includes 2 tickets to the tournament.

Advertising included:

1 Hole sponsor sign. Sponsor should supply a tent and proper company signage for proper advertising.4. Hole in one sponsors (4 available) – approx. value $400 (@ cost of insurance for major prize). Sponsor discretion to include anything else (ex. missed hole in one you get a bottle of water or something; company swag). Hole in one sponsors provide manned personnel for running the major prize.

Advertising included: 1 Hole sponsor sign. Sponsor is able to bring signage. 5. Basic hole sponsors (11 available) – value $350. Advertising included: 1 Hole sponsor sign.6. Silent auction & prize items – any items, large or small, suitable for silent auction or prize giveaway.
