City asking for public feedback through online survey

The city wants to hear from you when it comes to customer service.

The City of Prince Albert has implemented a new online survey to gauge public feedback on customer service and phone etiquette. The ‘We’re All Ears’ survey launched Monday and runs until the end of April.

Ken Leclaire, director of corporate services with the city, said there are an average of 13,000 interactions between the city and local taxpayers every month, leaving lots of opportunities for feedback. City administration is hoping to send a follow-up report to council by June, he said.

“We hope to learn what’s working well, and identify opportunities for improvement,” Leclaire said.

The survey will focus on phone and in-person visits to city hall. Paper copies of the survey will be on hand to fill out in the foyer at city hall.

The survey comes after city councillors expressed concerns over telephone etiquette at city hall.
