Carlton threats case moves to alternative measures
A youth charged with making threats to a local high school earlier this year has had his case sent to the alternative measures program for resolution.
The 13-year-old boy, who can’t be named due to his age, was arrested in January following threats made via social media to Carlton Comprehensive Public High School. Police said at the time that the threat appeared to have been made against the school, but later investigation revealed that was not the case.
The youth appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court again on Wednesday, where his case was sent to the alternative measures program.
