Costly call for RCMP

Arrests made south of Prince Albert

Two people are in custody, following an incident south of Prince Albert involving a smashed up RCMP vehicle.

The crash happened early Tuesday afternoon along Highway 11 just past MacDowall in the northbound lanes. There are few details from RCMP at this point, but Sgt. Rob King told paNOW a woman and a man were arrested.

He said more information would be released Wednesday.

A spokesperson for the Prince Albert RCMP detachment told paNOW earlier in the day, there was an attempted traffic stop.
