Heart Health Education at PA Cooperative Health Centre

February is Heart Health Month.

Come and learn how to lower your cholesterol and triglycerides through healthier eating.

This program is facilitated by the Co-operative Health Centre’s Dietitian.

This heart health education class will be held on Wednesday, February 27th 1:30pm—3:00 pm South Meeting Room.
