Tons of ball action even before worlds starts

We’re officially a week away from the II WBSC Junior Men’s Softball World Championship held at Max Power Ball Park starting up, but you don’t have to wait until July 7th to see the worlds’ best play.

There is a ton of pretournament action being held, including 13 exhibition games held in Prince Albert, Shellbrook and Melfort before the tournament gets underway July 7-15.

July 2—Doubleheader vs. Bulyea Rustlers, 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., Regina

July 3—Doubleheader vs. Saskatoon Angels, 6:30 and late game, Saskatoon

July 4—practice, 6 p.m., Shaye Amundson Field

July 5—practice, 10 a.m., Optimist Field
