“No matter whether it’s anticipated or not, a death can occur after a person has been in long term care for a specific amount of time or it can occur unexpectedly, but in every instance it’s a devastating hit,” said Gray. “It is difficult to make decisions when you don’t have a clear head so part of our responsibility to our clientele is being that clear head for them.”
