Track season leaps to action in Prince Albert

May 16, 2018 | 9:52 PM

Wednesday marked the beginning of what should be an exciting spring season of track and field in Prince Albert this year, as the provincial championship will be held in Prime Ministers’ Park June 1 and 2.

But before the province’s best chase medals and records, we have to find out who will be there. That quest started with the Prince Albert city track and field meet.

Here are the available results from Wednesday. The rest of the events will conclude on Thursday. From this meet, the qualifiers will advance to the district meet on May 23 and 24.
